DISPOSING OF PLASTER BOARD

New regulations mean that waste containing gypsum is not allowed to be mixed with biodegradable waste at any standard landfill site. This change applies to all waste containing identifiable gypsum-based materials, such as: plasterboard, thermal laminates, glass reinforced gypsum (GRG), plasters, cove and ceiling tiles. This means we can no longer allow plasterboard to be placed in any standard skip but, we can however, provide customers with a dedicated plasterboard skip which allows us to dispose of the plasterboard in the correct manner:
